Health Insurance
- Employee is covered and the City pays premium
- Annual deductible is $500.00
- Optional dependent coverage is available with the City paying 53% of the cost and employee paying 47%

Dental Insurance

Totally paid for by the City and provided by the Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System (LAGERS).
Sick Leave
Each full-time employee will accrue sick leave at the rate of (3.69) hours per pay period, with the exception of members of the Fire Department, who accrue sick leave at the rate of (5.4) hours per pay period. There are no limits to the amount of sick leave that may be accumulated. Sick leave is accrued in an amount proportional to regular hours worked during a pay period.

Paid for by the City.

Fire Department holiday schedule is different due to their work schedule.
