Missouri’s Fair Housing Act

The act provides that no person can legally, for the above reasons:

  • Refuse to sell or rent
  • Discriminate in the terms of sale or rental
  • Discriminate in advertising
  • Represent falsely that a house/unit is not available
  • Practice blockbusting
  • Discriminate in financing
Missouri Commission on Human Rights
