Our Mission Statement
It is the purpose of the Moberly Parks and Recreation Department to establish, preserve and manage public parks, greenways and recreation facilities and to offer a variety of leisure opportunities to benefit and enrich the quality of life for the people of the community.

The Moberly Parks and Recreation Department Staff and Park Board is responsible for planning and supervising a variety of programs, special events and activities. Additionally, the department is dedicated to maintaining and preserving over 500 acres of parkland and facilities. Whether you are interested in sports, arts and crafts, reserving a facility, or just want to enjoy the natural beauty of one of our parks, the Moberly Parks and Recreation Department is here to meet your recreation and leisure needs.

Board Meetings
The Parks and Recreation Board meets on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Parks and Recreation Office.

Job Opportunity - Receptionist

Bluebird Championship Series Mid-Missouri Disc Golf Tour

Moberly Parks and Recreation, along with the Missouri Parks and Recreation Association and five other cities in Mid-Missouri will be hosting a multi-city disc golf tournament beginning this August. This event is open to all ages and ability levels, and new players are encouraged to come out and develop their skills.
