Municipal Auditorium Renovations
The exterior renovations for the Municipal Auditorium are part of a COP Project. This project began in September and will continue until mid-December. Renovations include tuck pointing, brick and concrete sealing, restoration of aluminum canopies and marquee and new windows, sills, and doors.

Multi-Purpose Center
The Multi-Purpose Building is a combined COP-CIP Project. This project began in August and will continue until March 2010. The building includes 4,000 square feet of which 2,640 square feet is multi-purpose space. The rest of building will contain restrooms, kitchen, and storage facility. The facility will also include a 1,680 square foot back deck with a pergola and the front will have a drive-thru portico. The design of the building will give it a lodge feeling and will feature a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and exposed beams. In addition to the kitchen there is also a beverage service area in the main room. This building will be able to be used for weddings, receptions, meetings, parties, and other uses. This building is located south of the Riley Pavilion in beautiful Rothwell Park.
